Great Britain is one of the most respected nations in Acrobatic Gymnastics and has achieved success at European and World level competitions with medals in all categories.

Tumbling

Tumbling is an impressive discipline within gymnastics, involving strength,
confidence, co-ordination and accuracy. The action takes no more than a few
seconds but requires years of hard work. Gymnasts gain speed and power by running
down a 25-meter track to perform a series of preselected somersaults and twists.
